Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between TradeDesk AI ("we") and the business that signs up ("you"). By using TradeDesk AI, you agree to them.

The service

TradeDesk AI answers your calls with an AI assistant, books appointments, and sends texts and emails on your behalf using the prices, hours, and wording you provide. The AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing bookings, prices, and messages, and for the work you perform.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, prices, and hours.
• Only message people who have contacted you or are your customers, and comply with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, CAN-SPAM, and call recording laws.
• Complete any carrier registration we request (such as 10DLC brand registration) with accurate information.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, misleading, or harassing messages.

Plans, usage, and payment

Plans include monthly usage limits. When a limit is reached, automated messages and AI answering pause until the next month or until you change plans. Fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires.

Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to sign up on behalf of your business. TradeDesk AI is a tool for businesses — it is not directed at children, and accounts are for business use only.

Automatic renewal

Paid plans renew automatically, month to month, until you cancel. We charge your payment method at the start of each month for that month, in advance. You can cancel any time; your service keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for, and we do not charge you again after that.

Your data

You own your customer data. We process it to provide the service as described in our privacy policy. You can export or delete it by contacting us.

Copyright

TradeDesk AI hosts content that businesses upload, such as photos, logos, and messages. If you believe content on TradeDesk AI infringes your copyright, email our designated agent at support@example.com with the work you own, the URL where the content appears, and your contact information. We remove infringing content and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, including phone and text delivery, which depend on carriers. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

Ending the service

You can cancel any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put our phone numbers at risk with carriers.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas. We may update them and will notify you of material changes. Questions: support@example.com.
